The main difference between the displays of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6S is the 3D Touch. They both pack a 4.7 inches 1334*750 display which makes the screen’s pixel density to 326 per inch. iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6S | Design

As we all know that Apple’s “s” upgrade looks exactly like the previous iPhone. But normally while the looks are the same, rest of it is completely different. Now this time Apple used a 7,000 series aluminum which reduces the risk of bending while sitting. The only con is that its thickness went from 6.8mm to 7.1mm. Not everyone notices this change but it’s good to have a rigid metal phone.

Apart from the design, the new iPhone 6S introduces a new rose gold color which gives a pinkish look but all in all makes this phone look great in the hands of the ladies.

iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6S | Camera

The iPhone 6S has another amazing new improvement. As for the last few years Apple has been using the 8 MP camera, now they upgraded the camera to 12 MP. The iPhone 6S has a larger sensor than the iPhone 6 and works in a fine way to use all of these pixels. Apple told us that the new camera is far one of the best camera on a smartphone and that’s all we need to know.

As for video making, the iPhone 6S and 6S plus shoot videos at 4K at 30 fps. This is the first time Apple introduced 4K in a smartphone. The front camera has also improved from iPhone 6 1.2 MP to 5 MP of the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, this means that selfie pictures can look more good and more rich.

iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6S | Storage

Apple yet again did not increase the minimum storage from 16GB to 32GB. The new iPhone 6S has the options of storage as its predecessor – 16GB, 64GB and 128G. As we all know that Apple doesn’t give an option to include a microSD card slot, thus Apple forces its customers to use the iCloud. But for areas with poor 3G and 4G coverage and for customers with low monthly data plan this option will not be suitable.

iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6S | Processor

The new iPhone 6S uses the latest A9 processor, which is 64 bit architecture processor. This processor brings the fastest and the smoothest gaming performances. The iPhone 6S now jumped from the 1GB RAM of the iPhone 6 to the more efficient 2GB of RAM. This makes this iPhone the smoothest iPhone in history. This processor is 70% faster in CPU and 90% faster in GPU than the original iPhone.
